2. Subject matter
These Terms govern the sale of downloadable digital products (tools, templates, scripts, configurations) via the gbarca.it online shop.
3. Contract conclusion
The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation from Stripe. The customer receives a confirmation email with download links.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Euros. For Consumers, VAT is included. Applicable VAT depends on the customer's country of residence (EU digital services rules).
5. Payments
Payment is processed by Stripe (credit/debit cards, digital wallets). The Seller does not collect card data.
6. Delivery (download)
Download links are emailed after payment confirmation and available in the order page. Links have limited validity (duration and maximum downloads stated in each product page).
7. Licence
Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal/professional use of the product, subject to the terms in the product page. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
Under Art. 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download has started, provided the consumer has given express consent and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal at checkout.
9. Conformity guarantee
The Seller guarantees digital products conform to their description. For defects, contact info@gbarca.it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law. For Consumers: courts of the consumer's place of residence. For business clients: Courts of Trieste.
11. ODR (EU Consumers)
EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
