Yes, and it is the most common case: a new visual identity and the website that applies it, a custom management system and the automation that feeds it, or a network and workstations sorted out before new tools are placed on top. It still remains one quote, one plan and one point of contact, instead of three suppliers passing responsibility around when something goes wrong.

Proposal: you get a written quote covering scope, timeline and cost, to be approved before I write a single line of code. Development: I work in steps you see and approve as we go, so nothing at the end comes as a surprise. Delivery: testing on real browsers and devices, go-live and handover, with the follow-up support we agree on together.

With me, from the analysis right through to going live. There is no salesperson who takes the brief and then disappears, no call centre and no tickets bouncing between departments: the person who writes your quote is the same one who writes the code and answers when something goes wrong. That is the concrete advantage of working with a single professional rather than a layered organisation.

Three things: a contact person who can make decisions, the content (texts, images, logo, data to migrate) and technical access to the domain, hosting or network. For Italian VAT-registered clients I issue electronic invoices through the SDI system, while for ongoing arrangements such as maintenance and network management, invoicing follows the schedule set in the contract.
